How do credits work?
Your credits land in your balance the second the payment clears, and there’s nothing to activate. When you call, the per minute cost comes straight out of that balance and you can watch it tick down in the dialer. Credits never expire, so whatever you don’t use is still sitting there next month.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Your first 7 days are covered by a full money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Open your profile, go to Advanced Actions and hit Request Refund. And if a specific call dropped or the audio was rough, just message support and we’ll put those credits back. One thing worth knowing: accounts created through a referral link aren’t eligible for the 7 day guarantee.
How are call rates calculated?
Per minute, and the price depends on the exact number you’re dialing. Mobiles usually cost more than landlines in the same country. Use the rate calculator on this page to check a number before you buy. Minutes are rounded up to the next full minute, and a call that never connects costs you nothing.
Is there a minimum purchase?
Yes, $5. Anything smaller gets swallowed by card processing fees. Above that you can pick one of the presets or type in your own amount, up to $4,000.
Do bigger top-ups get me more credit?
They do. $50 comes with 5% extra credit and $100 comes with 10%, added automatically at checkout. So a $100 purchase shows up as $110 in your balance.
Is my payment information safe?
Stripe handles the whole checkout, so your card details go to them rather than to us and we never see the full number. You’ll also get the option to pay in your local currency on the payment page.
What if I run out of credit in the middle of a call?
The call ends when the balance hits zero, which stings if you’ve been on hold with a bank for twenty minutes. That’s what auto top-up is for: set a floor, and the moment your balance drops under it we charge your saved card so the call keeps going. Once you have an account, you can switch it on from your profile page whenever you like.
Do I need to verify a phone number first?
Not to make calls. You only verify a number if you want your own number shown as the caller ID instead of ours.
