How do I make my first call?
Sign up, verify your email, add credits, and click Call to start dialing
Can I use my own number?
Yes. We offer free caller ID spoofing so your calls show as coming from your number.
How do I import my own number?
Click the 'Call From' dropdown in the dialer, then select ‘Add Caller ID.’ Enter your number (with the country code), answer the verification call, and enter the code shown on-screen. You’ll get confirmation once it's verified.
What are your rates?
We got a rate calculator just for that reason. See our rate calculator by clicking 'Buy Credits' on the top navigation.
How are credits charged during a call?
Credits are deducted per minute during a live call. You’ll see a live countdown while calling.
What if I don’t like it?
You get a full refund if requested within 7 days — no questions asked. Keep in mind that users who sign up through a referral link are not eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee.
Do credits expire?
Never. You keep your credits forever and use them when you want.
Is this legal?
Yes. We route calls via compliant carriers and simply make the process easier for you.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We never share or sell your data. We use encryption and do not store call audio.
Can I use Dialvia for business calls?
Absolutely. Many of our users are frequent travelers or remote workers who need affordable, global connectivity.
Do I need to verify my email before calling?
Yes. Email verification helps us prevent fraud and keep the platform secure.
How do I add a contact?
When you enter a number in the dialer, you’ll see a 'Save this number' prompt. Click it to save the number under a name. To call saved contacts later, just click the person icon below the dialer.
Can I delete my account anytime?
Yes. You can delete your account anytime. Please note this action is permanent and all associated data will be permanently erased.
What happens to my call history if I delete my account?
Your call history and all data tied to your account will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
How can I change my email address?
Currently, we don’t support changing emails directly. If you need to update it, contact support and we’ll assist you.
Can I transfer credits to another user?
No, credits are not transferable between accounts.
Is there a Dialvia mobile app?
Not yet — but we may develop one based on user demand.
Will I be notified if my credits are low?
Yes. When your balance drops below $1, you'll see a notification directly in the dialer.
Can I mute or unmute my mic during a call?
Yes. Just tap the microphone icon on the bottom right during a call to mute or unmute.
What does ‘spoofing’ mean?
Spoofing lets you display your own verified number as the caller ID instead of a public Dialvia number.
How accurate is the rate calculator?
Very accurate — it’s powered by the same system that handles our billing. Rates may change daily, so treat the calculator as an approximate.
Do I need to verify a phone number to make calls?
No. You can call anyone worldwide without verifying a phone number. Verification is only needed if you want to show your own number as caller ID.
Can I use Dialvia to call emergency numbers?
No. Emergency services are not supported since Dialvia can’t receive return calls and is not a regulated emergency platform.
Will I be charged if a call fails to connect?
No. You’re only charged for successfully connected calls, on a per-minute basis.
Can I cancel a call after it starts?
Yes. You can hang up at any time. You’ll only be charged for the seconds used once the call connects.
How do I request a refund?
You can request a refund within 7 days of signing up. Go to your Profile > Advanced Actions and select ‘Request Refund.’ Full refunds apply to all purchases made within this window. Keep in mind that users who sign up through a referral link are not eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Possibly! Reach out to us with your expected purchase volume, and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I get invoices or receipts for business use?
We’re working on an enterprise version that will include downloadable invoices and receipts for each credit purchase.
What browsers are supported?
Dialvia works on all modern browsers — including Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
Can I call toll-free or premium numbers?
Yes, you can call any number except emergency services.
Can I record my calls?
No. Call recording is not currently supported.
What should I do if there’s poor call quality?
Poor quality usually results from a weak internet connection. If that’s not the issue, contact our support team and we’ll investigate.
How long does number verification take?
It’s instant once you enter the correct code during the verification call.
How is Dialvia different from Skype or WhatsApp?
Unlike WhatsApp, Dialvia lets you call real numbers, including banks and government offices. Skype is shutting down, and Dialvia is a modern alternative focused on affordable, global calling.
