What’s new in DialVia

When you buy credits, checkout now shows the price in your local currency and lets you pay in it. You see exactly what you'll pay before you confirm, with no conversion surprise from your bank afterwards.

We redesigned the whole site, from the landing page to the dialer, and gave DialVia a new speech bubble logo.

• Rates before you call. The dialer shows the per-minute rate for the number you're calling before you press call.
• Buying credits starts with your number. Enter the number you'll call and see how many minutes each amount gets you.
• A rebuilt mobile menu. Easier to reach everything on your phone, without the bars that used to sit at the bottom of the page.

You can now protect your account with an authenticator app. Turn it on from your profile, scan the QR code and save your recovery codes somewhere safe. From then on, signing in asks for a six digit code as well as your password.

The DialVia connector for AI assistants can now buy credits and phone numbers for you, as well as checking rates and your balance. If you haven't saved a card yet, it sends you a secure link to add one first.

New accounts now get their first call free. To unlock it, you verify a card; it's checked but never charged for the free call. One card unlocks one free call, which keeps it fair for everyone.

Your call history now comes with an interactive globe that pins every country you've called. Spin it, tap a country to see your calls there, and call a number again in one tap.

DialVia now has an MCP server, so AI assistants like Claude can check call rates, your credit balance and your recent calls for you. Create an access token on your profile and add DialVia as a connector.

Calls made from Asia and Australia now connect through our new server in Singapore instead of travelling all the way to Europe first. Shorter distance means less delay on the line.

Turn on auto top-up and we'll add credits automatically when your balance runs low, so a call never cuts out because you ran out mid-conversation. You choose the amount and when it kicks in.
