Getting started
Signing in: There's nothing to set up — no email, password, or sign-up. Splits recognises you automatically using your iPhone's iCloud account. Just open the app and enter a display name the first time.
Create a group: Tap the + button, choose a name and a base currency, and you're ready to go.
Invite people: Share your group's invite code. Anyone can join by entering it in the app.
Everyday use
Add an expense: Open a group, tap +, enter what was paid and who paid it, then split it equally or by exact amounts.
See who owes what: The Balances tab shows everyone's position and the simplest set of payments to settle up — the fewest transfers possible.
Settle up: Tap a suggested payment and mark it as settled once the money changes hands.
Different currencies: Add an expense in any currency and Splits converts it to the group's base currency automatically.
Your account & privacy
Delete your account: Go to Settings → Delete Account. We remove your name and unlink your iCloud identity. Shared expenses and settlements stay in your groups (shown as "Deleted User") so everyone else's balances remain correct.
